In this episode, Stryker talks about his last 7 days being more active than the previous 1.5 years combined, 3 big concerts in 5 days. From Dave Grohl to System of a Down and KORN to The Rolling Stones.
Stryker welcomes 8x Grammy winner Finneas to the Tuna on Toast studio for a very fun audio ride. They discuss his new album called Optimist including the song called "What They'll Say About Us" which was inspired by the story of Amanda Kloots and her husband Nick Cordero. Nick was an actor and performer who sadly passed away from Covid.
The guys also talk about everything from the feeling of being on top, to what the future holds at 50 years old, and, could there be a day when Billie records an album without Finneas.
Finneas discusses what he looks for in an artist and what it was like working with Hanz Zimmer and Johnny Marr creating music for the 007 soundtrack.

Before The Record Company joins in, Stryker is enthused over his giant boxers and xxxl T Shirt from Target while bursting with joy as he is about to head to Vegas to see System of a Down. In this episode, Ted Stryker starts out with an apology to the band. Chris and Marc join the show, discuss their upbringings, early musical endeavors and their journey to Los Angeles. Once in LA, they talk about how the three of them came together (Chris put an ad out on Craigslist), touring with Brian Setzer and the wild ride that ensued recording the first album which lead to a Grammy nomination. These guys are humble and hungry in every way. Stryker and The Record Company discuss what it was like bringing a new member to the team (after two successful albums) in the form of a producer, the one and only Dave Sardy. The guys talk about the creation of the album Play Loud, which leads to a fun discussion about the Beastie Boys, attending Bonnaroo as fans followed by actually playing the main stage and covering Sabotage. In this interview with The Record Company, Chris and Marc also talk about their love of Seinfeld, Chris gushes over Timmy the double dipper hater and Marc reveals he attempted to create a Seinfeld Trivial Pursuit game. This episode starts with Stryker telling the story of the night he picked up Woody Harrrelson hitchhiking! Tom Delonge joins Stryker as they discuss Angels & Airwaves and how the new album LIFEFORMS came together...Tom opens about about operating on the fringe for such a long time and the public questioning all is professional moves, from his departure from Blink 182 to "chasing aliens" to working with the US Government. In this interview Tom also discusses with Stryker his contract with the government in regards to a craft of unknown origin. Tom also talks about how Blink 182 got their record deal, the non-stop work cycle Blink 182 was on and how that affected his personal and professional life. Tom opens up about his current relationship with Mark Hoppus, and how Mark's incredibly sad cancer diagnosis helped their friendship (episode was recorded just before Mark announced he was cancer free). Tom also tells a hilarious story of the time he approached an employee at Christopher Nolan's company Syncopy Films followed by his crazy encounter with Chris Nolan himself. The episode closes with a story about what happened when Blink 182's record company came to listen to the album Dude Ranch for the first time, and, how Tom deals with critics today.

This episode starts with Stryker detailing his departure from KROQ and the circumstances that lead to his calling it quits after 22 years. Tom Morello joins Stryker to discuss his new album, The Atlas Underground Fire. In this Tom Morello interview, they also discuss his time at Harvard, his job as a juggler in The Renaissance Fair, his first rock star sighting in Los Angeles, and, the time when Tom was in his band Lock Up, he dressed up as Dave Navarro from Janes Addiction and actually played as Janes to fool the crowd, In addition, Tom talks about the ONE game show he WOULD host! He also describes his van ride with Rick Rubin to see Chris Cornell and how many shows Rage Against the Machine played before they got their record deal. Tom also reveals how the DJ Protohype ended up on his radar, and how three generations of Morello's appear on his album along with Bring Me the Horizon and grandson. Hope you enjoy!
